Three-wavelength phase imaging digital holography of MEMS motion

Abstract

Three-wavelength digital holography is applied to obtain holographic movies of MEMS motion. Three lasers are used to generate phase movies without the 2Π ambiguities while maintaining the noise to that in the single-wavelength profile.
