Abstract

This study explores how a network of current and future Latinx secondary science teachers engaged in co-design activities to explore and attend to the issue of Latinx underrepresentation among US science teachers. Using testimonios as data to inform the design of an infographic report, the co-design process yielded insights into the Latinx science teacher shortage and provided a valued community space for participants to find support.
