Abstract
The LEADER doctoral program, CREST Masters program, and PRIME bachelors program funded by the US Department of Education are all blended programs of online distance education courses and on-site courses in an effort to allow flexibility in modes of course delivery and access to faculty on the main campus of the university. Using technology of Web courses, video conference, Google Hangouts, and BBLearn Collaborate, these programs are accessible to students in many locations rather than only on the university main campus. The special education focus is in Culturally Linguistically Diverse Exceptional education (CLDE).
