Abstract

On p. 205, Equation 7 is incorrectly reported as p(V_observed > V_critical ) = Q_KP (λ) = 2 ∑_i=1^∞(i² λ ² -1)e-^2i²λ² The correct equation as reported by Stephens (1970) should be p(V_observed > V_critical) = Q_KP (λ) = 2 ∑^∞_i=1 (4i² λ² -1)e-^2i²λ² The authors note that this error does not affect the results or conclusions of the paper because the equation is correctly coded in the software used in all calculations.
