Lattice Light-Sheet Microscopy with Incoherent Detection and Extended Field of View

Abstract

We introduce lattice light-sheet system with an incoherent detection module that scans an extended FOV of 208x208 µm2. We demonstrated the IHLLS 3D imaging capabilities, amplitude and phase distributions, of polystyrene beads and nerve cells.
