High resolution TEM studies of nanocrystalline materials

Research output: Contribution to conferencePaperpeer-review

Abstract

The study of nanostructured materials requires the use of techniques with a high spatial resolution such as TEM. In the present work we discuss some of the new techniques in this area that have dramatically improved our ability to study nanostructured materials. Those techniques are related to the development of high brightness electron sources.
