Enhancing incoherent holographic lattice light-sheet microscopy through phase mask optimization

Abstract

We present quantitative 3D live nerve cell imaging with subcellular resolution and extended FOV using incoherent holographic lattice light-sheet system with an optimized SLM phase mask modulation for shaping the light collected from the sample.
