Abstract

We demonstrate digital holographic movie recording of moving animal microbes. Inline Gabor holograms are taken at 10 frames per second. The 3D volume of image space is numerically calculated from each of the holograms. The image focus is numerically adjusted to track microbes as they swim through different focal planes.
