Computational microscopy at 5 meters using axially-symmetric sequential Fourier sampling

Abstract

Acousto-optically generated traveling interference fringes spatially modulate a laser source which is projected onto a distant target to sequentially probe its Fourier components. We present 2D reconstructed images with a record 17 mm resolution at 5 m.
