Abstract
The purpose of this project was to explore and understand community college faculty experiences and perceptions of working with students enrolled in one public university concurrent enrollment nursing program (CEP). Three focus groups were conducted with faculty members of three partner community colleges. Several benefits for students enrolled in the CEP were noted, including students achieving the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree more rapidly with increased postgraduation employment opportunities. Challenges for students and faculty are also reported.
